New Years Yoga Retreat and Immersion w/Pedro Franco at Harbin Hot Springs
This 3 day immersion at Harbin Hot Springs will explore powerful Tantric techniques that will connect you to your most awakened self. Pedro will explore the chakras, pranayama, meditation and cleansing practices. This unique yoga immersion will not be an intensive 7 hours a day of asana kind of yoga retreat, although there will be free time for anyone needing to wiggle around/hike/asana.
Your incredible immersion will be held by an extremely motherly space, the most healing soaking and drinking waters, amazing/nourishing food, beautiful surroundings and a fantastic staff. Through the combination of Pedro's incredible teachings, a beautiful space and our sweet community, this one of a kind immersion will surely be an unforgettable experience.
WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
This yoga immersion is for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice, beyond asana, with an emphasis of deep integration of asana, energy work, pranayama, ritual, self care and meditation into their daily life. This immersion is for both inexperienced and experienced yoga practitioners as it will be physically accessible to all levels. This experience will also be a perfect fit for any yoga teacher looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and gain valuable CEU's for their certificates.
WHAT IS TANTRA YOGA?

Tantra awakens our ability to see and experience awe in each moment, inviting more and more divine in the mundane. It links all of the practices (including asana, pranayama, visualization, bandha, energy work, subtle anatomy, meditation, and bhakti) into a single, methodical, personalized and deep approach that takes our practices into daily expression of our truest self.
Tantra comes from the words Tanoti (to expand, stretch, extend) and Trayoti (to liberate or free) Meaning the practice of expanding one's awareness to everything and liberating one's existence beyond the material and into the spiritual. In essence, Tantra is the exploring of the Divine through self discovery and liberation of the individual.
YOUR TEACHER/GUIDE
PEDRO FRANCO
Pedro Franco is a Yogi, Physical Education Professional Physiotherapist, with specialization in PNF/NeuroPhysiology Yoga therapist, and Personal Consultant. Pedro has practiced Martial Arts for 22 years. His Yoga journey started in 1992 and since then he has practiced, studied and is certified by Teachers and Masters from various lineages and traditions around the world. Pedro also carries certifications in Pilates, technical skills for rehabilitation, wellness, and fitness. He has developed a practice that blends effective tools with a broad holistic perspective, and has a teaching style that adapts to all levels for the maximum development of students' inherent abilities.
