3rd Annual Home Performance Conference of Oregon
On September 24th, 2014 the Home Performance Guild of Oregon will proudly host the 3rd Annual Home Performance Conference of Oregon at the Ambridge Event Center, centrally located in the Rose Quarter in Portland.
This year's conference theme is: "Real Estate Valuation of Home Performance"
This year's conference will showcase 3 session tracks, with the main hall track featuring special sessions that catalyze Real Estate Valuation of Home Performance. The discussions in this forward-looking track will be guided with help from our partners in the real estate, financial and appraising communities. The other two tracks will feature relevant business development and technical sessions that are primarily targeted at Home Performance contractors.
In 2013, our Home Performance Conference put its focus on Cost Effectiveness solutions. The discussions that took place in that forum have had lasting impact and influence in advancing cost effectiveness solution development within Energy Trust of Oregon and the Public Utility Commission. But whereas cost effectiveness was an issue that we were reactive to, this year we are being proactive by addressing the single most important issue facing our industry - getting home owners to understand and act upon the added value to their homes imparted by Home Performance contractors.
The 2014 conference aims to repeat and build upon the successes of 2013 by bringing together a different but critically important set of industry stakeholders. We hope you'll join us.
