Weather Maps is an indie rock band from Minneapolis led by songwriter/producer Jimmy Stofer. He is best known for his work as a bassist, having toured/recorded with such national acts as Rose Hill Drive, The Fray, Scars On 45, Cary Brothers, Flobots, and many more. Locally, Stofer also plays bass in Van Stee, Mayda, and Lion's Cut. In addition to being a bassist, Stofer is also an accomplished songwriter/producer, having writing hundreds of songs for film and television, and also two full length albums under the Weather Maps moniker. Weather Maps has also been featured in ABC's show "Revenge," as well as USA's "Necessary Roughness."
