Footloose presents Memory, Reflection, Passage in association with Asian Improv Arts. This new, original multimedia work integrates dance, video collage projections/lighting, and original sound score. Choreographer/dancer Lenora Lee of Lee & Wang Dance is working in collaboration with dancers Marina Fukushima and Sebastian Grubb, video artist Olivia Ting, lighting designer Melissa Weaver and composer, instrumentalist Francis Wong to create a hybrid movement, light, video and sound language. PLUS celebrated saxophonist Francis Wong will give a rare solo performance, featuring improvisations and compositions exploring the theme of identity entitled "Portraits for Saxophone Alone."
