LADIES NIGHT: FANTASY

San Diego-based Energia Entertainment presents another sensational Male Burlesque Showcase!! Watch your fantasies unfold before your eyes at LADIES NIGHT: FANTASY on August 2, 2014 at Queen Bees. Merging visual and performing genres, this night of fantasy will highlight local and international professional dancers representing ballroom, modern, hip hop, and cirque acts, all in the style of nouveau burlesque. We're bringing back some of your favorites including Jet Noir, Trix, and the Fireboys, along with bringing some exciting new and seasoned performers to our burlesque stage, featuring special guest Adelaide Marcus!

An antithesis to chippendales, this showcase is a rebellious statement against the conventional mediocrity of construction worker/cop/cowboy/captain douche-tastic fantasy overused by male revues. We at Energia aim to raise the bar on women's entertainment, a largely male-operated industry, which is convinced to know what women want. In contrast, Ladies Night: Fantasy is a sophisticated and unique evening of entertainment produced by female artists. We create a new aesthetic, a wildly theatrical and eclectic adventure, a more powerful sensual experience for women who are complex creatures by nature. A perfectly elegant night of art, fashion, music, and stunning bodies in motion; Ladies Night: Fantasy will surprise, romance, intrigue and inspire women of all ages (over 21!). Our after-party features Paris-based DJ TheoryJean spinning a great variety of beats for the audience's dancing pleasure directly following the show! Dress to impress, ladies!
