On-the-Farm Dinner with Chef Perzy, June 19th
Our farm dinner series is off and running! In case you didn't hear through the grape vine (or tomato vine, cucumber vine, etc. etc.), our last dinner was a huge success! So hit the beach this Thursday, June 19th, work up your appetite with a swim and surf session, and then head over to Edgemere Farm!
This week Rockaway local, Chef Perzy will be serving up a delicious three course meal right off our flaming charcoal grills and rounding it all out with our super fresh farm greens.

Grilled asparagus with farm egg dressing
Spicy Greens
Pickled watermelon and bean salad
Fresh grilled sardines
Grilled flatbread
