Boat to Table Dinner
The Boat to Table dinner is a joint effort between the Reef Check California and Collaborative Fisheries Research (CFR) West programs. This event celebrates the people who bring seafood to our tables and the partnerships between the ocean community and citizen scientist in developing sustainable ocean solutions.
Seafood supplied by the area fishermen and prepared by a local chef will be featured at the Boat to Table dinner. Potential seafood includes white seabass, sablefish, spot prawns, California halibut, market squid, and albacore.
