| Description |
Theater for the Thirsty and Yellow Tree Theatre present, The Cubicle
Hailed as one of the favorites of the Fringe (Des Moines Register, 2006) and the Sleeper hit of the 2005 Minnesota Fringe Festival (Pioneer Press, 2005),The Cubicle has been described as ...a little bit Beckett, a little bit Seinfeld and a whole lot of cunning, well observed originality. (D. Papatola, Pioneer Press). It's a very clever, quite funny and even moving meditation on life in small squares and how that impacts the other parts of our lives. (J. Bruner, Des Moines Register) Two corporate stool pigeons, Bob and Jim, are stuck in cubicles on wheels. We see their cubicles morph into their various environments as they roll through their daily routine and their daily struggle to truly connect with well, anyone. Written and performed by Jeremiah Gamble and Corey Mills. Watch the trailer at theaterforthethirsty.com |
