Sunday July 19th from 12.30pm - 6.30 pm
After Chef Michael Cimarusti, of 2 star Providence restaurant, fished with edible Los Angeles for the Sea to Plate story in our summer issue back in April, we planned another outing. More chefs joined the party and more fun was had.

The two trips were such a success, with Chef Cimarusti himself among others, that we've been asked to plan another voyage! We've yet to get our summer fill of tasty sand dabs, rock fish and others; and in the spirit of building our edible Los Angeles community we have obliged to set out fishing once again.
For our latest outing we have David LeFevre (Water Grill), Curtis Stone (Take Home Chef), Neal Fraser (Grace), Steven Fretz (XIV), Brian Moyers (BLT), Josiah Citrin (Melisse), Andrea Cavaliere (Cecconis) and our very own mixologist for the boat Vincenzo (Copa D'Oro) all signed up to come aboard plus a few other Chefs who have been invited but are yet to confirm.
They get to come if they bring along some delicious potluck snacks for us all to share - gourmet grilled mac n cheese sandwiches, the best chocolate chip cookies from Providence and Dark and Stormy cocktails were highlights of the last trip - plus the chefs will share recipe ideas for the fish caught. You get to come if you can hook a ticket. If you would like the opportunity to fish with this esteemed bunch you'll have to act fast we are only offering 30 VIP tickets, on a first come, first served basis.

You bring: A rod and a fishing license (both available to hire/buy at the dock), sunscreen, and a smile! As well as the edible Los Angeles treats the chefs are bringing aboard there are drinks (including beer) and food sold on the boat.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. *Final Chef list to be confirmed.
