Seasons of Seafood Dinner at Pike Place Market
Seasons of Seafood dinner series aims to both celebrate and highlight the freshest seafood of the season. Enjoy the four course dinner featuring Copper River Salmon and wine from Mahonia Vineyards. All of the dishes will be created and prepared by Matt's in the Market chef, Shane Ryan.
Watch the chef as he creates the inventive menu in the chef's viewing kitchen in the new Market Atrium Kitchen in Seattle's Pike Place Market.
A portion of the proceeds will support an educational cooking experience for children. Each event guest will also receive a copy of In the Kitchen with the Pike Place Fish Guys.
MENU: Amuse bouche Course 1 - Copper River Salmon crudo, citrus, chilies, crème fraiche Course 2 - Copper River Salmon fillet seared, wild mushrooms, green garlic Course 3 - maple candied Copper River Salmon
Please note that due to limited space and a set menu, there will be no substitutions and we can not accommodate dietary restrictions.
