Krav Maga Eastside will be hosting its Women's Self Defense Course to raise public awareness about sexual assault and educate communities and individuals on how to prevent sexual violence. The seminar will focus on rape prevention techniques and tactics. Learn to spot danger signs and defend yourself when no danger signs are given. It will emphasize realistic scenarios and defenses including chokes, grabs, bear hugs, fighting on the ground and what to do when confronted by a weapon.

This is an awesome class for women who will be going to college in the fall, but the principles apply to all women. You are encouraged to attend with a friend, your mom or a co-worker. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
The seminar is for women only, ages 16 and above. A parent must be present if under the age of 18. A signed waiver is required to participate and will be made available at the beginning of class.
