Yoga and Meditation for Grieving Parents
Losing a child, no matter what the age, brings about a grief that permeates our bodies and our minds. Yoga and meditation are two tools that can help us to process and move through this grief. Knowing that yoga can bring about an emotional release, we offer this session as a safe place for you to tend to yourself and your emotions without having to worry about holding anything back.
We'll lead you through a healing and restorative yoga sequence followed by a meditation for the heart in which you give yourself permission to both grieve the loss and celebrate the gift of your child. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Yoga mats and other equipment will be provided.
