NBICF Winemaker Dinner at Rosso's Rosticceria
The North Bay Italian Cultural Foundation (NBICF) offers a special Winemaker Dinner at the new Rosso's Rosticceria on Dutton Avenue.
Rosso's Proprietor/Chef John Franchetti presents a four course menu with wine pairings by Ramazzotti Winery Proprietors Joe & Norma Ramazzotti:
Appetizer - Parma prosciutto + rosso burrata on ciabatta served with Frizzante Italian Sparkling Wine
Mista Salad - Rafter Ranch mixed blend, shaved fennel, toasted pine nuts paired with 2013 Pinot Grigio
Entree: Porchetta Italian herb rolled roast with polenta and seasonal vegetables paired with 2011 Recordo (Zinfandel blend)
OR Vegetarian Option - Ricotta Ravioli, tomato+corn+basil beurre blanc sauce paired with 2013 Pinot Grigio
Dessert: Fruit Crostata with Port & Coffee or Tea
This event provides funds to support NBICF's Cultural Programs, Building Improvements, and the SRJC Scholarships for Italian Language students.
