Stone Brewing Co. Dinner and Cleetus Collaboration Release
"Slapping Violets" Release + Brewers Appreciation Night, Hosted by Stone Brewing Co. & Fountainhead
The OG of brewing at Stone Brewing Co., founder Steve Wagner, returned to the brewery to collaborate on a lemon basil & blueberry kolsch with Fountainhead Executive Chef, Cleetus Friedman. The resulting beer, Slapping Violets, will be released with a celebration of collaborations and the rich brewing community everywhere--from Escondido to the Midwest and beyond. Join Cleetus for a limited seating, 5 course dinner, featuring three Stone beers and two special guest beers from Midwest breweries, Dark Horse Brewing Co. & Begyle. All of the brewers will be there to talk through their beers. Stone Brewing Co. Brewmaster Mitch Steele and a team of his brewers will be on-hand, as well as friends and brewers from some of Stone's favorite Chicago-area breweries.
