A small group of no more than ten students will be directed by our master butcher through the process of butchering a pig from whole carcass down to ready to eat cuts such as chops, belly, ham, etc. Each participant will have the opportunity for full hands on participation and to ask questions throughout the class.
Delicious local beer from Grimm Brothers Brewhouse and other tasty refreshments will be provided.
Each participant will take home 10 lbs of pork from the class pig.
