This edition is the very first #NerdNightOut in San Francisco, and performers include: The Doubleclicks, Josh A. Cagan, Joseph Scrimshaw and Unwoman.

This show will contain comedy and themes not recommended for attendees under 17.

The Doubleclicks: The Doubleclicks (http://thedoubleclicks.com) are two sisters who sing sincerely about the things geeks love: dinosaurs, super-villains, Dungeons & Dragons, and more. The duo has gained renown for their youtube videos including the geek girl song "Nothing to Prove," for appearing on Wil Wheaton's web show Tabletop, and for writing the theme song for Cards Against Humanity. The Doubleclicks have toured nationally, performed at w00tstock and on the Jonathan Coulton cruise and their 2013 album "Lasers and Feelings" hit the top 10 on Billboard's comedy charts. Doubleclicks concerts are perfect for fans of cellos, of the 1995 BBC mini-series of Pride and Prejudice, and for people who want to learn more about dinosaursand currently the duo is on a CD-release tour for their Kickstarter-funded album "Dimetrodon."

Josh A. Cagan: Josh A. Cagan is a screenwriter, and an essayist for yearbookoffice.com. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and dog.

Joseph Scrimshaw: Joseph Scrimshaw: Joseph Scrimshaw is a comedian, writer, and squirrel enthusiast. He's the author of the geek memoir Comedy of Doom ("hilarious & poignant" -l'etoile magazine), host of the Obsessed podcast ("Staff Favorite" -iTunes), and recently released a new comedy album called "Flaw Fest" ("very funny"  John Hodgman.) http://josephscrimshaw.com/

Unwoman: Unwoman (aka Erica Mulkey) is a San Francisco-based cellist-singer-songwriter and the recipient of the 2013 Steampunk Chronicle Reader's Choice Award for Best Solo Musician. Layered with skillful cello, rich vocals, and electronically arranged beats, her music is a futuristic homage to her classical training. Unwoman's solo performances have been featured at major steampunk, goth, and sci-fi-related events all over the United States. Extremely versatile, able to perform with no amplification, just cello and voice ("acacella"), on acoustic or electric cello, with or without live looping, or with full backing tracks, she also plays the piano, cello banjo, and theremin. She has gained notoriety for her collaborations as well, including Amanda Palmer, Abney Park, Stripmall Architecture, Voltaire, Rasputina, Jill Tracy, Vernian Process, Caustic, MC Frontalot, Jody Ellen, Nathaniel Johnstone Band, Black Tape for a Blue Girl, and Attrition.
