Cortnee Lydia Langlie's musical escapades began in Minnesota at the tender age of four. As a child she was a touring theater actor growing up on busses and going to school in hotel rooms. After moving to the Bay Area, she bumped into ex-roadie Stephen Dukeheart performing at an open mic. The chance meeting led to jamming, which led to writing, which led to playing gigs, which led to "Narrators". The sound is a result of opposite influences - Dolly Parton to Genesis - everything in between. Their music has an old-meets-new feeling that harkens back to Folk Rock, Country, New Wave, and Cabaret molded in traditional two part harmony.
