Pillaging & Plundering in The Galley
Four Entree Cooking Class
Chef Lee Miller opens his galley teaching and preparing four "chef-level" entrees that you can easily replicate in your own kitchen.You will learn to cook and sample four complete entrees.While preparing each delicacy, Chef Lee will demonstrate "side-skills" - cooking techniques including making your own cooking "essentials".You will eat heartily throughout the class so a light to no breakfast is recommended."Cooks" should arrive between 9:45am and 10:00am to settle their belongings, get a morning beverage, and grab and apron!Questions, cameras, and video cameras are welcome.Dress comfortably and bring your appitite!
