Straight from the Sea - An Interactive Supper Club
Join sustainable events company Inward Point and star chef Marijana Ujkic from Kitchensurfing for a delicious seafood and wine feast on May 7 from 8:00pm - 10:30pm.
This 5-course seafood dinner with wine is $100/person (food/wine/tip/tax included) and will take place in Greenwich Village at the exclusive Magnises townhouse.
The night will highlight the best in sustainability and deliciousness from décor to dish. Raised in Montenegro by a family of chefs, farmers, cheesemakers and butchers, Chef Mirijana was taught the culinary arts by 3 generations of Mediterranean restauranteurs. She'll win you over with her stunning dishes and the dinner will also feature fishmongers from the shores of Long Island to tell the story of the evening's seafood.

Golden Tilefish Ceviche - made on the spot by a Grand Master of Sushi. Skate Cheeks with Lamb Pancetta - sautéed with Wild Fiddlehead Ferns and Garlic Fronds. Torch-Roasted Diver Scallops - served in their shells with Black Truffles and Torch Roasted Madrigal. Razor Clam Ravioli - made by hand with Squid Ink Pasta and Poached in a Long Island Blanc de Blanc. Monkfish Wellington - the Pate is made out of the Monkfish Liver, wrapped in Double Smoked Bacon and baked in handmade flake pastry. Served with Saigon cinnamon roasted heirloom carrots. Sea Salt and Caramel Custard- with handmade small batch Sea Salt from way offshore
