Insalata Di Uovo y Tartufo: Locally-sourced mixed greens, soft scrambled egg, fresh herbs, truffle vinaigrette paired with Pasqua Pinot Grigio, fresh and well-balanced with an elegant finish.
Orechiette with sundried tomato pesto and Sicilian oregano paired with Famiglia Pasqua Passimento, an elegant full-bodied, deep ruby red wine with clean and vibrant fragrances of currants and blackberries with a strong finish.
Sous Vide Lambchops, sauteed broccoli rabe, roasted mushrooms, fresh peas, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano paired with Pasqua Amarone Black Label, a deep ruby red wine with polished silky tannins and a long finish.
