Go West cheese man! The contemporary American hand-crafted cheese movement began in northern California, thus for the first part of our American Summer series at Nectar Wine Bar, The Joy of Cheese will present eight of the finest cheeses from the Pacific coast and then some (Idaho and Colorado may be represented in the mix). Expect a full variety of extraordinary cheeses as well as dark chocolate, fruit, program notes, and of course, mystery cheese! Tickets are $25 and you pay for your drinks as you go. There will be a specially chosen flight of wines available in tasting portions selected by Nectar Wine Bar owner, Jai Jai Greenfield.
