ANNOUNCEMENTS:
See ASPD's ONLINE MIDDLE SCHOOL ENDORSEMENT ACADEMY programs -- earn up to 6 graduate credit hours for use toward Middle Grades Endorsements.
BOOKS/MATERIALS ARE LISTED BELOW ON THIS PAGE. BE SURE TO PURCHASE THESE PRIOR TO THE FIRST SESSION.
WHO ATTENDS? Teachers or administrators needing to meet fast-approaching deadlines for compliance, recertification, employment, or salary advancemen. Participants must hold a BA/BS, or higher.
PROGRAM OPTIONS

"Blended delivery" model (blends face-to-face and online - about 50/50- for Chicago teachers only)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION Register for a block of three (3) titles and save, or for individual titles. I>
* Block discount - register and pay in full before start date * Individual titles ($450 each)
* Optional graduate credit from Chapman University ($150-$195/title - paid after successful completion of the workshop.

OPTIONAL CREDIT OPTION Three (3) optional graduate credit hours per title is available for an additional fee ($195) paid to Chapman University upon successful completion of all workshop requirements. Online submission of a final completion project is also required.
Final projects are due no later than two weeks after the last day of face-to-face sessions for a workshop title or by the published due date for online programs.
PAYMENT OPTIONS A. Block Discount - 1 payment: $1200 B. Block Discount - 2 payments: 1 payment of $600 at registration and the final payment of $600 before the start date. C. Individual titles: $450 per title - must be paid by registration deadline
ASPD GIVES BACK INCENTIVE PROGRAM
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS Participants must have earned a minimum of a BA/BS degree and be teaching, or hold a valid teaching certificate from any state which permits them to teach full time in public school classrooms without restriction.
USE OF CREDITS
Participants are responsible to verify that credits earned will be applicable for the intended purposes.
Illinois- Credits earned from Chapman are aligned with requirements of the Illinois State Board of Education ESL and Bilingual endorsements. For further information or questions about endorsement requirements and applicability, contact Jolene Reddy at ISBE (217.782.4321).
Other States/School Districts - Please check with the appropriate agency/office to verify applicability.
REGISTRATION/PAYMENT Credit and debit card payments are accepted through a secure (https) payment processing service: BrownPaperTickets.com. While BPT is a company that primarily handles entertainment events, BPT provides ASPD clients with the lowest processing fees, is reputable, and employs fair-trade practices.
Purchasing a "ticket" from BrownPaperTickets.com is the same as registering and paying for a workshop.

Registration is not final until the check has cleared. When a check is returned for any reason, registration is canceled until another form of payment is received and a $50 processing fee must be paid prior to activating registration.

REFUND POLICY See http://www.aspdgroup.com. Refunds may take 6-8 weeks to process and will be mailed to the address provided at the time of registration. No refunds are provided after a workshop start date unless a workshop is cancelled by ASPD.
USE OF ASPD OnlineClassroom Workshop syllabi, titles of required texts, and other materials for all workshops are posted at the ASPD OnlineClassroom available through http://www.aspdgroup.com.
USING THE ASPD OnlineClassroom
Click the login link at http://www.aspdgroup.com to access the ASPD OnlineClassroom. Workshops will be available by the start date for those whose registration payment has cleared. New participants will receive a username and password via email a day or two before the start date. EMAIL help @ aspdgroup.com (omit spaces) if you have not received this by the start date or if there are login issues.
WORKSHOP TEXTS/DOWNLOADING WEB-BASED MATERIALS
BOOKS and material are to be purchased and received by the start date from a vendor of choice. ASPD does NOT sell books or materials. Titles are listed below for each workshop. Purchase only those titles associated with the workshop(s) for which you are enrolled. Additional materials available on the Internet will be downloaded from the Internet as directed throughout the workshop (whether face-to-face or online).<p> Participants who do not have the necessary materials may be severely disadvantaged and may find it impossible to fulfill workshop expectations.
