Double Vision
"Double Vision" is a new show featuring magicians Jack Alexander and Timothy James. Jack's spectacular large scale illusions combine with Timothy James' hilarious and interactive magic to create an entertaining experience like no other. The show is geared to entertain any aged audience, and features a wide variety of magic, including magic that has never been done on stage or television before. Both magicians use a lot of audience participation, so you will not just be watching a magic show, but will be a part of it as well. With hilarious comedy, original magic, and jaw dropping grand illusions, "Double Vision" is sure to amaze and entertain audiences of all ages.
Jack Alexander is a sixteen year old illusionist, who is quickly making his name in the entertainment industry. At 14 years old, Jack became one of the youngest performers to produce and headline his show in San Francisco. Not only does Jack take his show to large theaters all over California, but he recently became the youngest magician to perform at the world renowned California Magic Dinner Theatre, and continues to perform there regularly. He recently went on tour with Puppets of Impulse, where he became the first magician to perform in an improvised puppet show musical, and continues to work with other performers to create original and unique experiences that have never been done before. With over eight years of experience and hundreds of shows under his belt, Jack has proven to be one of magic's up and coming stars.
Since 1996, Timothy James has been magically transforming ordinary events into unforgettable experiences. He's performed for fortune 500 companies, cruise ships, comedy clubs and performing art centers across the country. He's also entertained celebrities such as Oscar winning actress Geena Davis, movie star Shia LaBeof, Journey Bass Guitarist Ross Valory, and the Oakland A's. He is the winner of numerous awards for sleight of hand and variety entertainment including the Lance Burton Award of Excellence from the World Magic Seminar in Las Vegas. When not traveling and performing, he is creating new illusions and routines focusing on sleight of hand and audience participation. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theater Arts from CSU Hayward, enjoys writing and drawing, and is the creator of two indy comic books.
