Tour your neighbors' edible gardens in Ballard,see the many ways all types of fruits,vegetables and herbs can be grown,and get inspired!
This self-guided tour ,from 10am-3pm, begins at the Ballard P-Patch where you will check in and pick up your map-complete with suggested walking/biking routes.Our Redeemers Lutheran Church has graciously agreed to allow us the use of their parking lot-adjacent to the P-Patch-for you to park and carpool.The P-Patch is on the following bus routes: #18,#48,#75 and a few blocks away from the #17.Cost is $10 per person or $20 for a carload. All procedes benefit the non-profits Groundswell in preserving open space,parks and habitat in Ballard and Sustainable Ballard in helping us live more sustainably.
