| Description |
On a night he barely remembers, Sean Keane got up on stage and killed. Killed for fifteen minutes, without remorse, and then ate some nachos. Now he's facing a life sentence of doing standup comedy, with no hope of parole.
Standup comedy is a violent, dehumanizing experience, full of loneliness, isolation and despair. There's drug smuggling, and cigarettes are used as currency. Sometimes people get shivved. But on May 22nd, at the Dark Room, we'll explore the inspirational side of Seanshank Prison through a night of standup, sketches, and Morgan Freeman voiceovers.
