Slow Food Seattle Spring with Sea Breeze Farm on Vashon
It's time for our spring field trip!
Come Hop on the ferry and join Slow Food Seattle at Vashon's La Boucherie. The restaurant is the showcase for Sea Breeze Farm's meat and charcuterie. We will enjoy a fabulous lunch, discussion of Sea Breeze's grazing practices and learn about wild yeast fermentation.
The menu includes:
- Cheese and pate plate - upon arrival (served family style)
- Onion tart and salad - individually plated
- Roasted leg of lamb/or pork with roasted potatoes, beets, and wilted greens
- Chocolate mint gelato
