Description
Continuum of Care Summit II will provide information and education through national Continuum of Care models that will encourage more collaboration among Summit II participants.  This will ultimately lead to more productive and informed partnerships among local Continuum of Care agencies, corporate entities, public service providers and government representatives.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Suzanne Wagner, LMSW, is the Director of the Center for Urban Community Services Housing Resource Center, a national training, technical assistance and information service designed to increase access to housing for homeless people. Ms. Wagner has more than twenty years experience in the design and delivery of services for homeless people, ranging from adolescents and families to single adults with special needs. Ms. Wagner coordinates all technical assistance and training delivered by CUCS which serves more than 1,000 staff annually from hundreds of transitional and permanent supportive housing programs. As Director, Ms. Wagner has led the expansion of CUCS technical assistance and training program to a national audience and coordinated the organizations activities under several HUD technical assistance grants.

James Glenn, Senior Vice President, Housing & Community Services is responsible for development and oversight of all housing programs and services, including the Housing to Homes Initiative, which provides technical assistance to communities and organizations wishing to address homelessness among persons with disabilities. He also provides oversight of all Advocacy and Recovery Program services.

Continuum of Care Summit II will be held in the new state-of-the art Catholic Charities Conference Center at The Partnership Center in downtown St. Louis.  Public parking is located across the street. Enter the public lot on Convention Plaza by the Book Store, across the street from the Shell station.  Attendants will be on-site to provide you with parking assistance.
