PHD in Burlesque! School for Peelers, Burlesque University Teaches Ecdysiastic Arts to Promising Neophytes.
For 6 long weeks, this newest class of teasers have been hard to develop their first professional burlesque performance and are ready to show off their new-found "T"alents and "A"ssets to all of Washington, DC. Join us for the debut of Dayla Noche, Duckie LaRein, Cauli Flower, Vera Valentina, BU Alumni Baby Rosemary and MORE at DCAC 2348 18th St, NW on April 17, 2014.
Come see and support the latest greatest graduating class from Burlesque University! These gals have gone from shy starlets to burlesque bombshells under the skilled tutelage of DC's long time burlesque queen, Kitty Victorian. Be prepared for an evening full of sultry vixens, hilarious hijinks and delightful entertainment.
Tickets only $8 at the door, but you can save a buck and get them for only $6 for DCAC members.
For six long weeks of classes spanned over 10 weeks, these ladies have been slaving over costuming, shimmying and shaking & perfecting their very first professional burlesque performance. Be there as they pop their Burlesque cherries and say "I saw them when...."
Headmistress, Kitty Victorian, Miss Kitty Victorian, 10-year veteran to the world of burlesque, opened Burlesque University's proverbial doors in September 2006 and offers classes on many topics surrounding burlesque and other erotic arts. Focusing on body-positive, sex-positive, teachings all classes are open to every person regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, etc. If you want to learn the art of the tease, Kitty Victorian would love to teach it to you! It may even be a jump start to a new career!
