The Ville Season 3: Episode 2
Mary's Attic Chicago, IL
Definitely not your mother's soap opera! Bare Boned Theatre presents Season Three of The Ville, the original live soap opera set against the backdrop of Chicago's diverse Andersonville neighborhood. The Ville returns with a bang in Season Three, featuring the stories of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered characters (and yes, a few straight people too) as they struggle and celebrate life. Bare Boned Theatre presents a new episode of The Ville on the first Monday of every month. Much like a television soap opera, Bare Boned Theatre has built a loyal audience of gay and straight viewers who tune in each episode to follow the funny, dramatic, honest, and sometimes trashy stories. With a staff of writers from a variety of backgrounds and a rotating cast of seventeen actors, The Ville melds the best of soap opera, sitcom, and theatrical styles in this unique serial format.
Note: Seating is general admission. Mary's Attic is accessible by both train (Berwyn Red Line stop) and bus (#22 Clark).
