This Spring, The Bushwick Starr presents The Bushwhack Series- an annual performance festival devoted to the development of new work within the neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn.

This year, we are thrilled to present five new performing artists/groups: Nellie Tinder, Jake Hooker & Grammar School, 31 Down Radio Theater, Ryan Bronz, and Lollo Birgitta. These participating artists will present new work in theater, dance, film, and trapeze.

At the heart of our mission and goals for The Bushwhack Series is a desire to celebrate what is unique and special about our arts community. We hope this festival will be a platform to share that with the larger NYC area.
