Meat Night 2014
Join Tap It Brewing Co. at our annual epic BBQ, Meat Night. This year, we will be roasting a whole pig (La Caja China style), smoking beef ribs, grilling juicy chicken and delicious sausage. Each style of meat will be prepared and paired with one of our award winning brews.
To go along with this night of meat and beer, we will also have a Tap It original car show, fire pits that will light up the night, and live blues-rock-soul band, Dr. Danger. This is all firing up Friday May 9th at 7 PM. Each ticket holder will receive 1 lb. of meat and a beer. Doors open at 6PM.

Meaty beef ribs with a Full Blown Stout bbq sauce
Juicy bbq chicken cooked over white oak and marinated in a Pi Golden Ale rosemary marinate
Spicy italian sausages with a whole grain mustard and Ale Camino Amber Ale reduction sauce
Whole roasted pig marinaded in an American Pale Ale citrus marinade
Served with sourdough garlic bread and Pairing Knife house coleslaw
