St. Louis Slow Food Lambstravaganza
A feast in the field presented by Slow Food St. Louis, Lambstravaganza is a multi-course dinner impeccably prepared for the fourth year running by Chef Tim
Grandinetti, formerly of the Renaissance Grand. This year Chef Tim has invited some of the top chefs in St. Louis: Lou Rook, III (Annie Gunn's), Dave Owens and Margaret Kelly (Bissingers), Christy Augustin (Sidney Street Cafe), Kevin Nashan (Sidney Street Cafe), Joshua Galliano (Monarch), Andy White (The Schlafly Tap Room), and Gerard Craft (Niche). Along with an abundance of Missouri products, the family-style meal will feature grass-fed lamb and free-range eggs produced by our hosts at Prairie Grass Farms, Dave and Barb Hillebrand. Wine pairings will be provided with each course by Les Bourgeois Winery and beer will be available courtesy of Schlafly Beer.
Prior to dinner Dave Hillebrand will give a walking tour of the farm for those interested.
