Chef Jeff Usinowicz (Executive Chef, Deschutes Brewery) will be making Gaujillo Chile and Cocoa Braised Ox Tail with Avocado and Cojita Cheese Paired with Black Butte Porter
Chef Randy Clemens (Writer, The Sriracha Cookbook, The Veggie-Lovers Sriracha Cookbook, The Craft of Stone Brewing Company)will be making his Vegan street taco: Hominy & Squash in Pipián Rojo with Citrus-Jicama Slaw Paired with Inversion IPA
Chef Mike Arquines (The Lab Dining Sessions, Mostra Coffee) is preparing Miso Scallop | Barley Risotto | Bacon Pate | Spring Pea Veloute | Pickled Radish | Mirror Pond IPA "Sea Foam" Paired with Mirror Pond Pale Ale
Chef Marc Liautard (Executive Chef, Urge Gastropub & The Barrel Room)is cooking up Cold Water Lobster with Fresh Herbs and White IPA Choux in a Romano Parmesan Golden Tuile

Each chef will be serving his special creation specifically paired with a Deschutes Landmark beer. 10% of all proceeds go to San Diego Coastkeeper, helping to protect and restore swimmable, fishable and drinkable waters in San Diego County. Stations will be set up around the outside of Urge Gastropub and guests will be encouraged to interact with the chefs. Chef Mike Arquines will be bringing some of his Mostra coffee too!
Also, the Deschutes Woody will be here! With rare beer flowing from its 6 taps, this mobile beer bar is a site to behold.
