This boot camp is for beginners to advanced level skaters. During this boot camp you will be taught several types of skills classes to help not only improve your individual skating skills, but your derby skills as well.

Our boot camp includes:
A day full of classes and drills brought to you by some of the top skaters and trainers in the DFW area and so much more!
Topics of classes will include- injury prevention and smarter workouts, basic skills,preparing for bout assessments,skater form, blocking, pack work, agility, jammer awareness and strategic maneuvering.
You will also get personalized, individual feedback that you'll go home with.This will in turn provide you with the knowledge of the skills you've mastered and those you will soon master with the information from the classes you have attended.
And on top of all that, you will also receive a Dallas Derby Devils Goodie Bag! Which includes snacks, beverages and an Army of Darkness t-shirt.
PRICE:
$50 per skater
$10 per spectator
WFTDA or USARS insurance is required to participate in any of the classes.
