The Weirdo (Puppet) Show
After the AMAZING show we had last month, we have decided to do it again. All of you who have performed with the Weirdo Show, all of you who have come to the show, you all make this worthwhile. This next show is going to be a little different. The next show is one that we have been excited about for some time. We here at The Weirdo Show love variety entertainment. Its in our blood. Some of our blood is on stages too. We get around. But there is one thing that we at the Weirdo Show love even more than variety entertainment.

Puppets.

We are bringing together some of the performers with the strangest minds in Washington DC to give you an evening that will make Meet the Feebles look like The Muppet Holiday Special. Each of these performers will be bringing their own unique and twisted sense of humor to give you an evening of puppets that you wont soon forget, no matter how hard you try. There were so many performers that applied for this show, that there probably will be another if the show goes well. So lets meet the performers!

Dragstress Lucrezia Blozia and musician Christian Crowley (collectively known as the Continent of Crozia) are a musical comedy duo who have created such iconic acts as "little girl with saxophone and hot, horny Santa" and "Marie Antoinette gives good head". They're very much looking forward to everyone seeing their new, not-so-little Mermaid act! Lucrezia likes to straddle in general, but particularly the theatre and burlesque communities in DC. Christian is lead singer/dulcimaestro for world/jazz band, Djesben.

After a successful 5-year tour with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Jim Dandy changed his stage moniker from Crickett and began to concentrate on the diverse and colorful world of Burlesque, Variety, and Sideshow. A multi-talented dynamo, audiences both familiar and unfamiliar with sideshow and burlesque have all been delighted and amazed by his antics. Jim Dandy is sure to be a hit whether he's using his unparalleled juggling sticks, hosting the show, or simply eating a block of tofu.

Reverend Valentine began her stage career as a preacher but was told that using a feather "Boa" DID NOT count as snake handling so she was excused from the church and told to put her shirt back on. She pulled her britches up and set off for DC where began her burlesque career and realized she had a God given talent for putting the "Holy" in "Holy Crap!" Once deemed the Major General of the confusion boner, Reverend Valentine will leave you scared, confused, turned on and feeling a little bit dirty and ashamed, just like a drunken one night stand.

Self-proclaimed monkey lover, freak, sideshow girl, and musician, Mab is an artful glass walker, escape artist, fire eater, and uke lover, full of boundless energy and humor. Mab believes that every single person has superpowers. One of Mab's super powers is the ability to find the shortest lane at a toll booth. The other is the ability to walk on broken glass and hammer spikes into her face. Mab is a freak. You probably shouldn't try that at home.

Kittie Glitter has performed in the Washington DC burlesque scene for over a decade. She was a founding member of The Lobsterboy Revue - the first neo-Burlesque group in the District of Columbia - and had a
permanent position singing, dancing, and making silly movies with the troupe as Cardgirl. In 2010 she adopted her current moniker: Kittie Glitter. She's hosted Yuri's Night since 2009, and hosts the annual smackdown Elvis Birthday Fight CLub as well. Additionally, she MC's burlesque and other variety shows all over the damn place. She is bossy, hilarious, and generally loved by all.

Your humble host is none other than that man with the silver tongue himself, the Professor Sprocket! This time though, I hear tell he brought a little friend!

You dont want to miss this show! There will be puppets! And somewhere, Sam the Eagle will be looking down at us thinking "You all are Weirdos"!
