You have a story inside of youjust screaming to jump onto the computer screen. You know it's good and you want to breathe life into it. You're so passionate about the topic that you're committed to finish writing it. Your very first screenplay!

Ruxton resident Joan Allen is known for her work on the documentary, Day for Night: Responding to Teenage Depression, winner of a Freddie award. She also produced a national award-winning children's television program, Magical Mitzvah Tour.
Joan has produced and hosted cooking shows on WBAL-TV, WJZ-TV, Fox-45, and WMAR-TV. She was an editor of the book The Super Anti-Oxidant Nutrition Guide and Cookbook. Joan is also the author of Celebrating Single and Getting Love Right: From Stalemate to Soulmate.
Joan has been an adjunct professor at Towson University for 12 years, where she teaches Screenwriting, Writing the Review, and Intro to Broadcast.
