Paul Hammerness MD (ADD expert) and Singer-Songwriter Oen Kennedy
After a casual cocktail hour and potluck...
our evening begins with a conversation with Harvard Medical School psychiatrist Paul Hammerness who for many years oversaw all ADD-related research at Massachusetts General Hospital (recently named the #1 hospital in the U.S.). This salon-style interview will be led by Butterfly Talk hostess Sandi Hammond. Dr. Paul Hammerness has spent much of his medical career researching and treating ADD and ADHD in both adult and pediatric populations. He has been a keynote speaker at many conferences across the country and last year published his first book, "Organize Your Life, Organize Your Mind", co-written with Wellness Coach Margaret Moore.
Following Dr. Hammerness' appearance will be a lively performance by much loved Boston area singer-songwriter and naturalist Oen Kennedy, who is open about his own diagnosis of ADD. http://www.oenkennedy.com/ Oen is an award-winning musician who is also uniquely fascinated by birds and is a master bird-whistler. Anyone who has met him has experienced his passion for protecting the natural world. Each of his five recorded CD's speaks to a different aspect of Oen's strong, authentic world view.
