THROUGH MY THICK GLASSES - The girl with the thick glasses doesn't like to put on her winter hat. Every time Grandfather shoves it down onto her head, she takes it off and throws it down on the ground. Grandmother suggests that Grandfather distract the little girl-- so he launches into one of his endless stories about the war. As soon as Grandfather starts telling his story, the shapeless silhouette in front of the girl's enormous eyes is transformed into images that give life to an incredible story-- and we see how her prodigious imagination compensates for falling eyesight.
