THE LIFE OF THE OWL
Paul Bannick, award-winning photographer and author, will take you on a visual exploration of a year in the life of North American owls. Examine every species, each key habitat type, and the stages of their life through the four seasons of the year. Through this program you will better understand their mating strategies, nest selection, raising of young, the dispersal of owls, and winter survival.
WOODPECKERS OF NORTH AMERICA
Paul Bannick, co-author and photographer of the new book, Woodpeckers of North America, a Naturalists Guide, will examine each of the North American woodpecker species through award-winning images, intimate sounds, stories, and observations from the field. Paul's presentation will delight as well as help distinguish species by behavior, habitat and field markings.
