Founded in 1989 in Humboldt Park to meet the immediate needs of the community, Center for Changing Lives has grown these 25 years to provide comprehensive support to any neighbor who is looking for a support system in their journey to become more stable, more supported, and more connected.  This growth would not be possible without the network of collaborators, colleagues, friends, family, sponsors, donors...YOU.

Join us this year to celebrate these 25 incredible years for our 11th Annual Gala!

Center for Changing Lives, formerly Humboldt Park Social Services, is a little agency, making a big impact. Successfully providing a range of innovative services, CCL's work empowers households to reach their full potential.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to serve, empower and advocate for community residents who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability so they may obtain and maintain permanent housing.
