Yui (Siripen Sriyabhaya), Thailand's international
TV chef, and her husband, Kwan,a graphic designer, are the creative engines running A lot of Thai home cooking class in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Yui began teaching Thai cooking in 1999. Ten years later, she still teaches every dish in every class by herself to guarantee the highest quality of instruction. Her expertise attracts a variety of students such as, TV chefs, Executive chefs, culinary school teachers, International Thai cooking instructors, Food columnists, Cookbook authors, tourists, and food lovers.
It's a great opportunity to learn how to cook real Thai food from Yui and Thai food experts from Thai Curry Simple. Mark and Picha a husband and wife team create this unique event for Thai food lovers. Are you ready to take Thai food to the next level? We will provide you with food supplies and show you every step of basic elements and share the secret of Thai cooking with you.

Khao Soi - Chiang Mai noodles bowl with chicken, pickled mustard, shallot and lime.
Sai Oua - Chiang Mai pork sausage ( will show you how to make from scratch )
Nam Prik Nuam - Rosted pepper & garlic dip, pairing with Sai Oua and sticky rice.
Sticky rice - will show you the secret how to steamed perfect sticky rice like Thais.
Thai Dessert - Sweet sticky rice with mango.
