| Description |
 KUSP presents award-winning journalist Amy Goodman, host of the daily, grassroots, global, radio/TV news hour Democracy Now!, is on a national speaking tour to mark DN!'s 13th anniversary and launch her third book with journalist David Goodman, Standing Up to the Madness: Ordinary Heroes in Extraordinary Times. David Goodman will also speak at the event. Capitola Book Cafe will be offering their book for sale, which Amy and David will sign at the conclusion of the event. The event is a fundraiser for KUSP.
