Here's an excellent opportunity to earn some beer geek-bragging rights: On Sunday, March 30th, the playful food of Trenchermen's Chef Pat Sheerin will join forces with Pipeworks' insanely creative brews including an exclusive, collaborative keg!
It all starts at 6:00pm, with passed appetizers and a beer cocktail, followed by four courses of Trenchermen fare expertly paired with all-new Pipeworks releases:
-- Nagami Equinox - A collaboration between Pipeworks and Trenchermen! A dry, effervescent Belgian Golden Ale brewed with 100 pounds of kumquats and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Bright notes of fresh citrus, tangerines, white flowers and, of course, kumquats.
Gerrit's Weirdo Smoked Stout - Imperial smoked stout mashed in with 25 pounds of pretzel rods and brewed with cacao nibs. Rich, slightly smoky, chocolate and a slight salinity.
Pipeworks Down Unda - Imperial IPA brewed exclusively with hops grown in the southern hemisphere including Waimea, Wakatu and Australian Summer. Citrus notes of grapefruit, orange and lime are accompanied by dank, resinous pine aromas.
Pastrami On Rye - A dark smoked rye beer brewed with all of the spices used in curing pastrami; mustard seed, bay leaf, red pepper, coriander, ginger, allspice, clove, caraway seed, Tellicherry black peppercorn, cinnamon & nutmeg --
And to dates and friends going Dutch, take note: seating will be assigned. If you would like to sit with someone purchasing their ticket separately, please submit a request via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
