Asserting Victim's Rights Within the Legal System
Ms. Garvin is the Executive Director of the National Crime Victim Law Institute (NCVLI) and a clinical professor of law at Lewis & Clark Law School. A recognized leading expert on victims' rights, Ms. Garvin will discuss strategies for helping victims assert their constitutional and statutory victims' rights during their involvement in the criminal justice system.
