The Stapleton Ballet presents SWAN LAKE (excerpts). This version will include the classic pas de trois from Act 1; Act 2's lakeside white swans and cygnets; the energetic and exciting character dances from Act 3: Hungarian, Russian, Spanish, Neapolitan and Mazurka; and guest performers Lauren Duchene and Charles Torres dancing the Act 2 pas de deux as Odette and Siegfried. This abridged version is perfect for all ages, and provides the perfect opportunity to introduce young audiences to this classic. Act 2 staged by Yoira Esquivel Brito and Act 3 choreography by Vasilii Mountain. Artistic Director Virginia Stapleton.
