Health psychologist and Stanford University lecturer, Dr. McGonigal understands willpower and helps families improve habits, cure procrastination, find focus and manage stress. She shares valuable strategies or "willpower boosts" to enable parents to conquer common self-discipline challenges and establish an effective model for improving self-control in our children.
