Here's how it will work:
8:00 - 9:00pm: Come grab a seat and order something from Uncommon Ground's all-too-delicious dinner menu! Did you know they're one of the greenest restaurants in the world? If you have a VIP ticket, you can start ordering your drinks, too! If you don't have the VIP ticket, Uncommon Ground has a great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, available for purchase.
9:00 - 11:00pm: Two hours of live music, with performances from Frances Luke Accord and North of South.
Frances Luke Accord:
Frances Luke Accord is a folk-pop duo based out of Chicago, Illinois. Consisting of friends Brian Powers and Nicholas Gunty, the duo's compositions arch on two-fold harmonies, rhythmic phrasing, and pensive, poetic lyrics. Grown out of the Midwest-folk tradition but influenced by a number of genres and styles, Frances Luke Accord's sound is unique in its own right. Their live shows consist of juggling intricate vocal harmonies with complex instrumentation and songwriting; a combination that often finds each member playing multiple instruments not only throughout their set, but in many instances during the same song.
North of South:
North of South is a trio (consisting of Andrew Sturtz, Steven White, and Sam Messina) with a common goal- to spread their voice through music. The three have been sharing music with each other as long as they have known each other, and all find fascination in the subtleties of communication that can be found in their sound. Through rich vocal harmonies, intoxicating melodies, all to a solid beat, North of South's goal is simply to get what's inside, out.
**Food and drinks purchased from Uncommon Ground are not included in the ticket price.
