Join Chef Scott Serpas of Atlanta's Serpas Restaurant for an evening of good food, fun, and an educational experience that focuses on the science behind cooking. Chef Serpas will demonstrate various cooking styles and serve appetizers to begin the evening. Guests will have a choice of one of three entrees, and end the evening with a dessert sampler. Guests will receive a menu that includes an overview of the cooking styles and the behind the scenes science.
The fee of $62 includes appetizers, entrée, dessert and a soft drink. Tip and gratuity is included in the cost. Alcoholic beverages available at an additional charge.
