Move on Mondays: Introduction to Come as You Are: Performing identities, real, imagined and surreal
Links Hall Chicago, IL
Monday May 25, 7-9pm / FREE
Two-time Obie Award winning performance artist and playwright Holly Hughes leads a short dialogue and workshop providing insight around generating new performance work. Hughes is best known for irritating the religious right and politically unimaginative with work that explored sexuality, gender and other questions of identity with a mixture of outrage, irreverence and poetics. Heads Up: Holly also leads an in-depth workshop June 10-13.
