ROAMING WILD - Special Screening!
Please join us for the hometown screening of ROAMING WILD, a film by Carbondale local, director/producer Sylvia Johnson.
The Carbondale community helped make this film possible and we are incredibly excited to be able to bring it to the Crystal and share it with all of you.
ROAMING WILD is a modern day Western that offers an insider's look at the battle unfolding in the American West over wild horses on public lands and hope for a more sustainable future.
A fiery activist rescues horses from slaughter, a cattle rancher struggles to keep his way of life viable in the modern era, and an unlikely hero invents new possibilities. Each searching for a solution to the pressure on their own disappearing ways of life in the West, they can agree on one thing, the current "band-aid" approach is failing them all.
